Thabat ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Thabat mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.

This information is stored securely and synchronized across your devices when you are signed in.
1.3 Location Information
With your permission, the App accesses your device's location to calculate accurate prayer times for your area and to provide Qibla direction (the direction of the Kaaba). Your location data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.
1.4 Usage and Analytics Data
We may collect anonymous usage data to help us understand how the App is used and to improve our services. This may include information about features used, session duration, and general usage patterns. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
1.5 Subscription Information
If you subscribe to Thabat Pro, subscription status and entitlement information is processed to provide you access to premium features. Payment processing is handled entirely by the respective app stores (Apple or Google), and we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
1.6 Support and Feedback
If you contact us for support or submit feedback through the App, we collect the information you provide, including your message content, device type, app version, and, if you are signed in, your account identifier. This information is used solely to address your inquiry and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide and operate the App's features, including prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading, dhikr tracking, duas, and gratitude journaling.
- Data Synchronization: To sync your content and progress across devices when you sign in with your account.
- Account Management: To manage your account, including authentication, password recovery, and profile settings.
- Subscription Services: To manage your subscription status and provide access to premium features.
- Improvements: To analyze usage patterns and improve the App's functionality, performance, and user experience.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising purposes.

When you delete your account through the App settings, we will delete your account information and user-generated content from our active systems. You can delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings → Profile → Delete Account within the App.

The App may use third-party services for essential functions such as authentication, database hosting, subscription management, and app distribution. These service providers process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations. They do not use your data for their own purposes unrelated to providing services to us.
Payment processing for subscriptions is handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). Their respective privacy policies govern how they handle your payment information.

Thabat is designed to be family-friendly and may be used by users of various ages. We are committed to complying with applicable child privacy laws and platform guidelines. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without parental consent where required by law.
