Last updated: 7 February 2026
Welcome to Thabat. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Thabat mobile application (the "App") and any related services we provide. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Thabat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Thabat is a mobile application designed to help Muslims with their daily spiritual practices and reflection. The App provides features including prayer time calculations, Qibla direction, Quran reading, dhikr and tasbih counters, supplications (duas), a gratitude journal, and progress tracking.
Some features may require you to create an account. Certain features or usage limits may be available only through a paid subscription ("Thabat Pro"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you are under the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction (typically 13 or 16 years old), you may need parental or guardian consent to use the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other legitimate reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others
- Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that we believe violate these Terms or are harmful to our community.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Thabat may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to additional features. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and included features are displayed within the App and are subject to change with appropriate notice.
All payments are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and their terms and payment policies apply. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Subscriptions typically renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to premium features will end, but your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
